Regina has had numerous photographic credits from all three of the William Shatner /Celebrity Paintball games to several years in a row at D-Day. Because she in part of the planning of the scenario, she is also in the right place at the right time to get those photo's that really show the action. Her work reflects itself in the pages of the publications that we will submit the story of our games to.

Ken has known the Fledgling team since before Fledgling started. Psycho draws on a lot of years of experience and many games. At D-Day he was a 1st Sgt in the 82nd , then the S-1, then the CO of the 82nd , and stepped up to being the Supreme Allied Commander at D-Day when Jim gave up his stars. Ken has played many scenarios from many producers. Psycho and Hangernaid were opposing generals at Dark Fury, and have covered each other at games in Kansas , Oklahoma , California , and Texas . Ken and Jim work together to write the scenarios, and at the games they coordinate to maintain the game flow.
Le is the owner of I-40 Paintball Field in Midwest City , OK . Le has been playing paintball for over 18 years, mostly in tournament (speedball) paintball. Le has been reffing paintball for a number of years, and this is his area of expertise. Le is a graduate of PTI ref school. Every scenario production company needs a good head ref, and Le is our Ultimate ref. His temperament, outward going personality, knowledge gained from having owned a store, run a field, been an airsmith, and understanding of safety and the rules of Scenario ball make Le the perfect ref to oversee the safe
and smooth running of a scenario game.
Le has also played at Oklahoma D-Day a number of years, and is best known for the floating battleship, the USS Arkansas (BB-33) that was in several magazines at DD'06. Le has played in scenarios in Oklahoma , Kansas , and California .
Jim writes, produces, and helps run the games for Fledgling Scenarios. Jim has been playing paintball since 1997, he has been freelance writer and photographer for Action Pursuit Games Magazine and Paintball Magazine writing about a number of scenario games and writing scenario pointers. Jim generalled at Oklahoma D-Day for 7 years, 4 years leading the 82 nd Airborne and 4 years as the Supreme Allied Commander (there was one year where he did both). He has been the winning General at MXS Dark Fury and generalled several other games from major producers. Jim is a member of the Colorado based scenario team The Renegades .
Jim was in the Boy Scouts until he enlisted and served in the Army from 1972 until 1978, most of his time spent in Army Aviation, and he is still a member of the 1st Cav Association. He is also a student of military history, and from this background he draws on things learned to write and produce quality scenario paintball games.

Together we work with Dana Solomon, who assist in many areas. Dana is probably the brightest of the Fledgling core. Her ability to keep track of hundreds of details, she runs our registration booth and behind the scenes she keeps track of everything. If we need to know how many players are on each side, she taps on a couple of keys and she can pull up the spreadsheets on registered players, on players that have checked in, etc… Dana ‘s experience with Le's store and field has put Dana in the world of paintball since the early 1990's.

Rounding out the team is a number of other people, our web designer, marketing guru, and graphics art team. Putting all this together takes a team effort. This team has played together on a number of fields, at far flung paintball battles, and because we are paintball players first, we understand paintball with a players understanding. The many scenarios we've played have taught us what works, what enhances a game and, more important, what doesn't work and what to avoid.
There are a couple hundred people putting on scenarios in this country, but of them, only a handful run a quality game. Fledgling will not cut corners on safety or quality, we only use quality paint, we go the extra mile in writing, and in the props we use. We can produce military themes, or non-military themes, or fantasy/Sci-Fi theme paintball games.
None of us have any plans to quit our primary employment, so we are limited in the number of games we can produce, with our maximum at 6 games a year. They will be some of the best scenarios produced in the country. We plan our games in the style of MXS, and Black Cat, from who we learned a lot about scenario. They were two of the pioneers in scenario paintball, and from the lessons they learned and the methods that have proven themselves over hundreds of games, we draw on the knowledge they have taught us and carry on in that tradition.
